Grand Admiral Thrawn made his Star Wars debut in 1991. But it wasn't until his appearance in Star Wars Rebels that the character was made canon. And now, the name Thrawn has been mentioned in The Mandalorian. Will we see a live-action version of the blue-skinned Chiss?
